Zdrowie Sp. z o.o. announced that it expects to receive PLN 3.54 million in funding from EMC Instytut Medyczny SA and another investor

Zdrowie Sp. z o.o. announced that it will issue 7080 shares at a price of PLN 500 each for the gross proceeds of PLN 3,540,000 on December 7, 2021. The transaction included participation from EMC Instytut Medyczny SA for 6130 shares forr PLN 3,065,000 and returning investor Kwidzynski Poviat for 950 shares for PLN 475,000.

On post completion, the registered capital of the company will be PLN 33,819,500.
