Enento Group Plc (“Enento”) has on 2 May 2024 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which Mandatum Holding Ltd merged with Mandatum Plc on 30 April 30 2024, and with this, the shares of Enento Group Plc owned by Mandatum Holding Ltd were transferred to the ownership of Mandatum Plc.

According to the announcement, the holdings of Mandatum Plc in Enento amounted to 3,079,433 shares, corresponding to 12.94 percent of Enento’s total shares.

Enento has one share series, each share entitling to one vote. The total number of Enento’s shares is 23,794,856 shares.
