On November 4, 2022, Kathleen A. Bayless advised the Board of Directors of Energous Corporation that she would resign as a director of the Board and from her roles as Chair of the Board's Audit Committee and as a member of the Board's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, in each case effective on November 4, 2022.
