ENERGY&MACHINERY KOREA Co.,Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 28,352.05 million compared to KRW 24,208.58 million a year ago. Net loss was KRW 417.94 million compared to KRW 1,145.31 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 10 compared to KRW 27 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 10 compared to KRW 27 a year ago. ENERGY&MACHINERY KOREA Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of machine tools. The Company operates its business through five main segments: machine tool segment, which produces computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools used to produce super-precision processing machines for automobiles, airplanes, ships and others; defense segment, which produces precision components used for aircrafts and armored cars; power plant generation segment, which produces nuclear power equipment components; steel segment provides steel manufacturing facilities to Hyundai-Steel Co., Ltd., and energy segment engages in the manufacture of ballast water treatment equipment.
