Engro Fertilizers Limited appointed Mr. Ali Rathore as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from April 26, 2024. This decision was ratified by the company's board. Mr. Rathore will serve as CEO until the next board elections scheduled for March 21, 2025.
The current CEO, Mr. Ahsan Zafar Syed, will remain in his position until April 25, 2024, after which Mr. Rathore will assume the CEO role.
