EnPro Industries announced that J. Milton Childress will assume the responsibilities of senior vice president and chief financial officer on March 31, 2015, replacing Alexander W. Pease, who has announced his resignation as senior vice president and chief financial officer effective as of that date in order to accept a new career opportunity which he expects to finalize in the coming weeks. Pease has agreed to remain with EnPro in an advisory capacity through May 31, 2015 to ensure an orderly transition. Childress is currently EnPro' s vice president, strategic planning and business development, a position he has held since February 2006.

He joined EnPro in December 2005 after serving four years as managing director of McGuireWoods Capital Group, of which he was a co-founder.
