Eveready Industries India Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was INR 3,304.3 million compared to INR 3,258.9 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 3,304.7 million compared to INR 3,275.8 million a year ago. Net income was INR 54.4 million compared to INR 237.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.75 compared to INR 3.26 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.75 compared to INR 3.26 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was INR 10,415.6 million compared to INR 9,655.2 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 10,425.2 million compared to INR 9,693 million a year ago. Net income was INR 420.2 million compared to INR 848.8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 5.78 compared to INR 11.82 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 5.78 compared to INR 11.82 a year ago.

It also distributes a range of electrical products, small home appliances and confectioneries. The Company's product portfolio includes dry cell and rechargeable batteries under the brand names Eveready, PowerCell and Uniross; flashlights and lanterns under the brand names Eveready and PowerCell; LED bulbs and luminaires under the brand names Eveready and PowerCell, and small home appliances under the Eveready brand. Its manufacturing facilities are located in Goalpara (Assam), Lucknow, Noida, Haridwar, Maddur and Kolkata.
