Everfuel announced to build hydrogen station at the expanding Port of Aarhus, Denmark. The Port of Aarhus is a traffic node that is looking into more sustainable means of transportations. Therefore, Everfuel is setting up a hydrogen refuelling station, which can be scaled according to the increasing demand from the truck operators.

The station will be able to accommodate both heavy-duty and passenger vehicles. With the recently announced Everfuel station locations in the logistics hubs in Vordingborg and Taulov, Denmark, the new station in Aarhus lowers the barriers for truck operators to move to hydrogen fuelled trucks, as the network of heavy-duty stations is now being established at some highly important locations. Like the location in Vordingborg, the location in Aarhus is a part of the Trans European Transport Network (TEN-T) which includes the most important connections and links the most important nodes across the European Union.

The new hydrogen station allows for freight forwarders to lower their CO2 -emissions and decarbonise their road transport.
