Bharat Parenterals Limited announced a private placement of 723,607 equity shares for the gross proceeds of INR 1356.40 for the gross proceeds of INR 981,500,535 on April 29, 2024. The shares will be issued on preferential basis. The transaction will include participation from new investors, NEO APEX SHARE BROKING SERVICES LLP for 88,469.48 shares, AJEET JALAN for 29,489.83 shares, AMRUTLAL NARANDAS GANATRA HUF for 7,372.457 shares, Rajiv Agarwal for 7,372.457 shares, Ashish Kacholia for 129,018 shares and other investors.

The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
