Evolution Global Frontier Ventures Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties located in Canada. The Company’s projects include Pichogen and Quesnel Terrane. The Company owns 90% interest, subject to a 3.0% net smelter royalty (NSR) and a 3.0% Gross Overriding Receipts (GOR), in 100 and 138 mineral claims situated in the Walls Township area of the Province of Ontario. The Company owns 100% of the interest in certain mining claims located in the Omineca Mining Division, within the Quesnel Terrane, in the north central interior of the Province of British Columbia.
