EZTEC launches Pin Osasco Project - 1st Stage
São Paulo, December 17th, 2021
EZTEC S.A. (Bovespa: EZTC3; Bloomberg EZTC3: BZ) announces the launch of the first stage of Pin Osasco project, located in the city of Osasco, 4 min. from Parque Municipal Manoel Manzano and near to the Osasco commercial center and Rodovia Castello Branco. The project with 3 towers consists of 351 low-end income units, with areas ranging from 26 to 49 sq.m., for a combined potential sales value (PSV) of R$ 68.8 million. Considering that EZTEC owns 60% of the project's stakes, the Company's PSV is R$ 41.3 million.
