On November 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Farmers and Merchants Bancshares, Inc. declared a cash dividend of $0.26 per share of common stock, which will be paid on December 18, 2020 to stockholders of record as of December 4, 2020.
Farmers and Merchants Bank is a Maryland commercial bank engaged in a general commercial and retail banking business.
