Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited is a holding company. The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing, purchasing and marketing of fertilizers and chemicals, including investment in other fertilizer, chemical, cement, energy generation, food processing, technical and engineering services and banking operations. The Company operates through four segments: Fertilizers, Power, Food and Technical Services. Its Fertilizers segment is engaged in buying, manufacturing and distributing fertilizer. Its Food segment consists of processing fresh and frozen fruits, vegetables, frozen cooked and semi cooked food. Its Technical Services segment is engaged in the provision of technical, maintenance, operations, inspection and information technology (IT) services. Its subsidiaries include FFC Energy Limited (FFCEL), Fauji Fresh n Freeze Limited (FFF), Foundation Wind Energy-I Limited (FWEL-I), Foundation Wind Energy-II Limited (FWEL-II) and OLIVE Technical Services (Private) Limited.
