Fibra Danhos reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 1,514.44 million compared to MXN 1,338.12 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 761.47 million compared to MXN 791.79 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.4917 compared to MXN 0.5221 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.4636 compared to MXN 0.4993 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was MXN 2,962.65 million compared to MXN 2,640.42 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 1,537.45 million compared to MXN 1,569.7 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.9927 compared to MXN 1.0335 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.9361 compared to MXN 0.9883 a year ago.
Concentradora Fibra Danhos SA de CV is a Mexico-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company's main activity consists of the development, leasing, operation and management of shopping centers, offices, and mixed-use properties in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City. The Company operates primarily in the development of mixed used properties and office campuses. Additionally, the Company adopts technological solutions in their design and operation, including safety systems, optical fibers, Park Help, Federal APD, Traffic Pro, SAP operational monitoring software and services, among others. The Company is divided in four divisions: Commercial, Offices, Mixed Use and Residential Division. In May 2014, the Company acquired two properties located on Anillo Periferico, in southeast of Mexico City in vicinity of Iztapalapa, on border of Xochimilco.
