FIH Mobile Limited Approves Final Dividend and Special Dividend for the Year Ended 31 December 2016, to be Payable on 16 June 2017; CHEN Fung Ming Retires as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Cease to be a Member of Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The Board of FIH Mobile Limited announced that Mr. CHEN Fung Ming retired from office as an independent non-executive Director after the conclusion of the AGM. He also ceased to be a member of each of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee of the company with effect from 25 May 2017, following his retirement.

The shareholder approved a final dividend of USD 0.00526 per share of the company for the year ended 31 December 2016 and expected to be paid in cash on 16 June 2017, at the AGM held on May 25, 2017.

At the same meeting, the shareholder approved a special dividend of USD 0.01252 per share of the company for the year ended 31 December 2016.
