Filinvest REIT Corp is a Philippines-based real estate investment trust company. The Company owns, invests in, purchases, acquires, holds, possesses, leases, constructs, develops, alters, improves, operates, manages, administers, sells, assigns, conveys, encumbers, in whole or in part; invests in, purchases, acquires own, holds, sells, assigns, transfers, mortgages, pledges, exchanges, or otherwise dispose of real estate and other related assets, and managed funds. The Company develops properties in the Philippines with a portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and office developments around the archipelago. The Company’s portfolio consists of approximately 17 office buildings, 16 located in Northgate Cyberzone and one in Cebu Cyberzone. Its portfolio includes Axis Tower 1, Filinvest One, Filinvest Two, Filinvest Three, Vector One, Vector Two, Vector Three, Plaza A, Plaza B, Plaza C, Plaza D, Plaza E, iHUB1, iHUB2, 5132 Building, Capital One, and Cebu Tower 1.
