FL Entertainment appoints Caroline Cohen

Head of Investor Relations

5 September 2022: FL Entertainment today announces the appointment of Caroline Cohen as Head of Investor Relations and Financial Communication, effective from 29 August 2022. Her mission will be to develop and expand relationships with investors and financial analysts in line with the Group's strategy.

Caroline Cohen has a solid background in financial analysis, with 17 years of experience in brokerage. She began her career in 1995 at Enskilda Securities, as a sell-side analyst, before heading to Deutsche Bank in Paris, and in 2005, joining Merrill Lynch Bank of America in London. In 2012, Caroline Cohen served as Head of Investor Relations at Eurazeo, and after, she took the same position at Europcar Mobility Group, where her role involved financial communication both with equity and bond investors. At Teneo, she stood as a Senior Consultant in Financial Communication, advising CEOs and top management.

Caroline Cohen is a graduate of La Sorbonne University. She holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Reading (UK).

In the new role, she reports directly to Sophie Kurinckx, Group Chief Financial Officer of FL Entertainment.
