Fluent, Inc. announced that On December 27, 2023, Carla Newell resigned from the Company's Board of Directors and the Board appointed director David Graff to the Audit Committee of the Board. On the same day, the Board appointed director Rick Pfenniger to the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. He will serve as Chair of such committee.
