The US-based electrical vehicle automaker Rivian Automotive Inc. awards FOM Technologies a contract for the purchase of Slot-die
coating equipment.

FOM Technologies has started a supplier collaboration with Rivian Automotive Inc., which initially involves the sale of one machine. We cannot share details about the amount, unit type or the content of the agreement.

Rivian Automotive, Inc. is an American electrical vehicle automaker and automotive technology company. Rivian is a US public traded company on Nasdaq under the trading ticker code: RIVN.

This investor news will not change the 2022 financial guidance for turnover and EBITDA.
