Force MOS Technology Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 332.53 million compared to TWD 291.05 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 66.73 million compared to TWD 38.11 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.0083 compared to TWD 1.3 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2 compared to TWD 1.3 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 649.17 million compared to TWD 538.7 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 124.71 million compared to TWD 55.11 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.925 compared to TWD 1.8833 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.9 compared to TWD 1.875 a year ago.
FORCE MOS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the research and development, production, testing and distribution of transistors. The Companyâs products mainly include trench power metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) and embedded gate bipolar MOSFETs for diodes protection. The Companyâs products are applied in notebook computers, mobile phones, electric cars, electric bicycles, liquid crystal display (LCD) TVs, motherboards, power supplies and digital cameras. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and overseas markets.
