Force MOS Technology Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 291.13 million compared to TWD 181.55 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 45.27 million compared to TWD 7.05 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.85 compared to TWD 0.29 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.85 compared to TWD 0.29 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 829.82 million compared to TWD 431.12 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 100.37 million compared to net loss of TWD 4.89 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.11 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.19 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.1.
FORCE MOS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the research and development, production, testing and distribution of transistors. The Companyâs products mainly include trench power metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) and embedded gate bipolar MOSFETs for diodes protection. The Companyâs products are applied in notebook computers, mobile phones, electric cars, electric bicycles, liquid crystal display (LCD) TVs, motherboards, power supplies and digital cameras. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and overseas markets.
