Zhejiang Lesa Technology Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Foshan Saturday Shoes Co., Ltd. from Saturday Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002291) on August 31, 2022.
Zhejiang Lesa Technology Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of Foshan Saturday Shoes Co., Ltd. from Foshan Yowant Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002291) on December 23, 2022. Zhejiang Lesa Technology and Foshan Yowant Technology have gradually no longer met the transaction conditions during the transaction negotiation process. After friendly negotiation between the two parties, it was decided to terminate this equity transaction.
Foshan Yowant Technology Co Ltd, formerly SATURDAY Co Ltd, is principally engaged in Internet advertising business. The Company's main business is to provide information technology services with mobile Internet precision marketing as the core, covering Internet advertising, Internet advertising agency and social e-commerce services. The Company is also engaged in the sales of medium and high-end fashion shoes and wholesale of other fashion products. The brands sold by the Company include ST&SAT, D:FUSE, SAFIYA, FONDBERYL and others.
