Primark Stores Limited is the latest to enter the race to buy brands left behind by the collapse of Arcadia Group Limited. Its owner, Associated British Foods plc (LSE:ABF), is considering a bid for Arcadia's brands and stores, The Sunday Times reported. Primark will reportedly rival Boohoo, Next, M&S and River Island for the £200 million sale of Top Shop/Top Man Limited (Topshop).

Frasers Group plc (LSE:FRAS) owner Mike Ashley is interested in all of Arcadia's brands and is close to finalising a deal with Debenhams plc.
