Fuji Co., Ltd. (TSE:8278) agreed to acquire Sunny Tsubaki Co.,Ltd. on April 16, 2020. Fuji will acquire 1,000 shares. Post completion, Sunny Tsubaki will become wholly owned subsidiary of Fuji. Transaction is expected to close on April 17, 2020.
