Full Alliance Group, Inc. (OTCPK:FAGI) acquired Nutra Yu, Inc. and EBO2, Inc. from Louie Yu on February 19, 2019. The consideration includes issuance of 5 million restricted shares of FAGI common stock and 25 million shares of Series B Preferred Stock. Post transaction, Nutra Yu and EBO2 have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of Full Alliance Group. Louie Yu is appointed Chief Medical Officer of Full Alliance Group.
