Funko, Inc. announced on February 12, 2024, Andrew Perlmutter, the President of the company tendered his resignation as President, to be effective March 31, 2024. Mr. Perlmutter?s resignation constitutes a resignation for ?Good Reason? as defined in his Amended and Restated Employment Agreement with the Company, dated January 3, 2022, as amended December 5, 2022 and further amended on August 15, 2023.
Mr. Perlmutter will continue to serve as a member of the Company?s Board of Directors.
Funko, Inc. operates as a pop culture lifestyle brand. The Company is engaged in selling a range of licensed pop culture consumer products, featuring characters from a range of media and entertainment content, including movies, TV shows, video games, music and sports.
