Under the terms and for the purposes of article 3, paragraph b) of CMVM Regulation no. 7/2018, Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A., hereby provides the following information to the market and the general public:
On September 24, 2021, Galp's Board of Directors appointed Nuno Moraes Bastos to the position of Company Secretary, effective from October 1, 2021, and until the end of the current mandate of 2019-2022. The decision follows the resignation of Rui de Oliveira Neves to his position as Company Secretary.
