Reference is made to the Indenture dated as June 15, 2021 by and between GAMCO INVESTORS, INC. (the "Company") as Issuer and COMPUTERSHARE TRUST COMPANY, N.A., as Trustee (the "Indenture"), with respect to the GAMCO Investors, Inc. 2-Year Puttable Subordinated Notes Due 2023 the ("Notes").
