Genesis Resources Limited is an Australia-based exploration company. The Company has a portfolio of gold, iron, manganese, uranium, and base metal (copper-zinc-silver) in the Proterozoic and Phanerozoic metallogenic provinces of northern and central Australia. Its projects include the Alice Springs Copper-Iron Project, Plavica Project, Arltunga Gold Project, Pioneer Gold Project, and the McArthur River Manganese Project. The Alice Springs Copper-Iron Project is located approximately 155 kilometers (km) northeast of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. The Plavica Project is administered through a joint venture company, Silgen Resources International Ltd. The Arltunga Gold Project is located about 110 km northeast of Alice Springs and encompasses the entire Arltunga gold field. The Pioneer project is located approximately 95 km east of Bundaberg in Queensland. The McArthur River project is located approximately 850 km southeast of Darwin in the Northern Territory.
