Geniee, Inc. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2019. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 10,709 million against JPY 11,321 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 165 million against JPY 213 million a year ago. Loss attributable to the owners of the parent was JPY 206 million against JPY 336 million a year ago. Net loss per share was JPY 11.55 against JPY 19.03 a year ago.
For the year ending March 31, 2020, the company expects net sales of JPY 15,572 million, operating income of JPY 23 million, loss attributable to the owners of the parent of JPY 39 million or JPY 2.20 per share.
Geniee, Inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the advertising technology businesses. The Company mainly provides three kinds of services. The advertising platform service provides GenieeSSP, a platform that provides services for Internet media operators, and GenieeDSP, a platform that provides services for advertisers and advertising network operators. The marketing automation service is engaged in the provision of MAJIN, a marketing automation platform, the provision of Chikyu, a cloud-type customer management and sales management system. The overseas service is engaged in the advertising platform business focused on GenieeSSP. The Company mainly provides services to local companies in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and India.
