Geniee, Inc. (TSE:6562) agreed to acquire REACT Co., Ltd. from Ryohiro Kato and others on June 24, 2021. Geniee, Inc. signed an agreement to acquire REACT Co., Ltd. from Ryohiro Kato and others on July 16, 2021. As per terms of transaction, Ryohiro Kato sold 0.45 million shares representing 66.9% stake and other sold 0.200369 million shares representing 33.1% stake in REACT Co., Ltd. Post completion, REACT Co., Ltd. will become wholly owned subsidiary of Geniee, Inc. The impact of this matter on the consolidated financial results of the Geniee, Inc. for the fiscal year ending March 2022 is expected to be minor.
