Gettop (Zhejiang) Acoustic Co., Ltd. announced that it will raise CNY 70,000,000 in an equity funding on December 14, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, Gettop Acoustic Co., Ltd. for CNY 63,000,000 and Shanghai Century Xinchen Consulting Management Partnership Enterprise (L.P.) for CNY 7,000,000. The transaction has been approved at the 23rd meeting of the 5th board of director.

Upon the closing of the transaction, the company's registered capital will increase from CNY 30,000,000 to CNY 100,000,000.
