Gigas Hosting, S.A. (BME:GIGA) acquired ONMOVIL DIVISION TELEFONIA MOVIL TYSONCARRASCO INVERSIONES, S.L. for €9.1 million effective on September 5, 2021. Under the terms of the consideration, 60% of the consideration was paid as upfront cash consideration and will be followed by two payments of 20% each, also in cash, within 15 and 24 months from the signing date. The transaction also includes an earnout payment, based on certain targets of lines. ONMOVIL reported €9.58 million in revenue in the year of 2020. As part of the transaction, ONMOVIL staff will join Gigas. Gigas engaged PriceWaterHouseCoopers, Ernst & young and Avego Abogados as advisors for the transaction.
