Gigas Hosting, S.A. (BME:GIGA) acquired SVT Proveedor de Servicios Internet SL from Servicios Microinformática SA for €0.67 million on January 11, 2018. The consideration includes a fixed amount of €0.5 million in cash and this includes assumption of €0.22 million in debt and a variable amount which depends on sales of 2018 and will be disbursed in April 2019. The purchase was financed with resources available with Gigas Hosting. The acquisition was made at a multiple equivalent to 0.8 times sales. The purchase excludes business unit SVT security services. The five employees of SVT Proveedor de Servicios Internet SL will be absorbed. Crea Inversión acted as financial advisor while ILV Silver acted as legal advisor to Gigas Hosting.
