Ginebra San Miguel Inc. at its board meeting held on November 9, 2017, approved the election of Ms. Aurora T. Calderon as Director, effective from November 9, 2017 vice Mr. Bernard D. Marquez, who resigned effective September 2017. Ms. Calderon also replaced Mr. Bernard as a member of the executive compensation committee and corporate governance committee of the corporation.
