Ginebra San Miguel Inc. announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 2, 2023, the Board approved the declaration of special dividend in the amount of PHP 1.75 per common share. The dividend will be paid on September 1, 2023 to all holders of common shares of record as of August 16, 2023.
