Ginebra San Miguel Inc. announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 2, 2023, the Board approved the declaration and payment of third quarter cash dividends on common shares to all shareholders of record as of August 16, 2023. Amount of Cash Dividend Per Share: PHP 0.75 per Common Share, Payable on September 1, 2023.
