Ginebra San Miguel Inc. Approves Declaration of Special Dividend, Payable on December 7, 2023

Ginebra San Miguel Inc. announced that at its board meeting held on November 8, 2023, the board approved the declaration of special dividend in the amount of PHP 1.75 per common share. The cash dividend shall be paid on December 7, 2023 to all holders of common shares of record as of November 22, 2023.
