GOR Announces Termination of Appointment of

Substitute Executive Director

28 March 2023 - Global One Real Estate Investment Corp. ("GOR") announces that it resolved at its board meeting held today to terminate the appointment of a Substitute Executive Director in response to a resignation request from Mr. Kosuke Nakajima as described below.
