Go Fashion (India) Limited announced that Mr. Ravi Shankar Venkataraman Ganapathy Agraharam, Non-Executive-Non-Independent Director of the Company (Nominee Director of Sequoia Capital), has resigned vide letter dated June 12, 2023 with effect from closure of business hours on 12 June, 2023. The Company is thankful to Mr. Ravi Shankar Venkataraman Ganapathy for his contributions as Director.
Go Fashion (India) Limited is an India-based clothing apparel company. The Company is engaged in the development, design, sourcing, marketing and retailing of a range of women's bottom-wear products under the brand, Go Colors. The Companyâs bottom-wear products, including churidars, leggings, dhotis, harem pants, Patiala, palazzos, culottes, pants, trousers and jeggings, are sold across multiple categories such as ethnic wear, western wear, fusion wear, athleisure, denim, plus sizes and girlâs wear. The Company facilitates customers to shop its products by color.
