The board of directors of Gold Peak Industries announced that Mr. LEUNG Pak Chuen will retire as non-executive director, Non-Executive Vice Chairman and member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 1 October 2020.
