From April 25, 2023 to June 30, 2023, the company has repurchased 58,700 shares, representing 0.18% for ¥101.56 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 58,700 shares, representing 0.18% for ¥101.56 million under the buyback announced on April 25, 2023.
GOLDCREST Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in residential property sales business mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The Company operates in three business segments. The Property Sales segment is engaged in sales business of new condominiums, including the planning, development and sales of new condominiums such as Crest City, Crest Form series. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in rental and leasing business, including office buildings, apartments and others. The Others includes property management business such as integrated management services for condominiums, and the other ancillary businesses such as real estate agency and brokerage, loan and advertising services. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had seven subsidiaries.
