GOLDCREST Co.,Ltd. (TSE:8871) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 200,000 shares, representing 0.6% of its issued share capital for ¥400 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder returns and improve capital efficiency.
As of March 31, 2023, the company had 33,302,238 shares issued (excluding treasury stock) and 2,481,762 shares in treasury.
GOLDCREST Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in residential property sales business mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The Company operates in three business segments. The Property Sales segment is engaged in sales business of new condominiums, including the planning, development and sales of new condominiums such as Crest City, Crest Form series. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in rental and leasing business, including office buildings, apartments and others. The Others includes property management business such as integrated management services for condominiums, and the other ancillary businesses such as real estate agency and brokerage, loan and advertising services. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had seven subsidiaries.
