GomSpace Group AB (publ) announced that the Board of Directors has been reconstituted by the request of the Chairman Jukka Pertola. Jens Maaløe has been appointed to serve as Chair of the reconstituted Board, whereas Jukka Pertola will continue as the Vice Chair.
