long-island Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire an additional 9.8% stake in Good Com Asset Co., Ltd. (TSE:3475) on March 15, 2022. As per the terms, long-island Co., Ltd. will acquire 1,400,000 shares of Good Com. Before the acquisition, long-island Co., Ltd. was already held with 5.93% stake.
The transaction is expected to close on March 16, 2022.
