Good Will Instrument Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 489.110 million compared to TWD 579.191 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 28.954 million compared to TWD 75.440 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 20.090 million compared to TWD 78.901 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.14 compared to TWD 0.54 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 1,026.465 million compared to TWD 1,172.988 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 94.899 million compared to TWD 150.944 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 82.410 million compared to TWD 149.768 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.57 compared to TWD 1.03 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.56 compared to TWD 1.03 a year ago.
Good Will Instrument Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electrical testing instruments and equipment, as well as communication equipment. The Company provides electrical testing instruments, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, direct current (DC) power supplies, electrical loads, digital ammeters, withstand voltage/insulation/ground impedance testers, printed circuit board (PCB) in-line testers and spectrum analyzers, as well as communication products, including digital walkie-talkies, television walkie-talkies, security systems and public broadcasting systems.
