The Strollers and Accessories segment is engaged in the research, design, manufacture and sales of strollers and accessories under the Companyâs own brands and third partiesâ brands. The Car-seats and Accessories segment is engaged in the research, design, manufacture and sales of car-seats and accessories under the Companyâs own brands and third partiesâ brands. The Other Durable Juvenile Products segment is engaged in the research, design, manufacture and sales of cribs and accessories and other childrenâs products under the Companyâs own brands and third partiesâ brands. The Company is also involved in the manufacture of baby care products through its subsidiaries.
