Grafton Group plc Appoints Mark Robson as A Member of the Audit and Risk Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee

Grafton Group plc announced that Mr. Mark Robson, who joined the Board on 1 December 2023, has been appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee with effect from 5 December 2023.
