Pursuant to Grande Royal Orchid Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust with Buy-Back Condition (the Trust) has leased out in its asset in Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers Project to Royal Orchid Hotel (Thailand) Public Company Limited (Lessee) to operate a hotel according to Immovable and Movable Lease Agreement Dated 15 July 2021 (the Lease Agreement), the lease term will expire on 14 July 2024. One Asset Management Limited (One Asset) in the capacity as the REIT Manager of the Trust hereby informs that the Trust exercised its right to extension of the lease on 9 April 2024 by making an advance notice of not less than 3 months prior the expiry of the lease term in accordance with terms of the Lease Agreement since the lessee has been performing according to the terms of the Lease Agreement throughout the past operation and the Trust has not received the notice letter to using right of buy-back condition at the end of lease period Year 3 as the Lease Agreement from Lessee. The Trust and Lessee shall entered into Memorandum of Understanding for exercising the right to renew the Lease Agreement which extends the lease term for another 1 year from 15 July 2024 to 14 July 2025 under the same terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement including the right to extend the Lease Agreement.
