Metallvärden i Sverige AB (publ.) (NGM:METV) agreed to acquire MV/X AB from Zee Bee Ventures ApS on August 12, 2019. As a part of transaction, sellers sign convertible promissory note of SEK 4.5 million. Metallvärden i Sverige AB (publ.) (NGM:METV) cancelled the acquisition of MV/X AB from Zee Bee Ventures ApS on August 12, 2020.
